i’ve talked about my ‘freedom of water’ skirt, and mentioned how it was made for a competition – well, the placements are out, and i’ve got 3rd place!
keep in mind, this is a nationwide competition and there wasn’t a fiber crafts category, but it was an all-encompassing ‘art crafts’. first place was some kind of sewn wall hanging and 2nd place a glass thing.
but 3rd place was my skirt!! so glad they recognised the time and effort i put into it :D
