I’m making a dolphin and the pattern says sc, sec (2sc, dec)x2, what does sec mean? i looked in the abbreviations, but no luvk

Hmm, I wonder if it is a typo and should be dec?

i think thats a typo… ive never seen sec in a crochet pattern before but, u learn smth new everyday LOL

Most likely it is a typo and they mean dec. You can check by looking at the stitch count from the previous round and the current round. I also suggest reaching out to the designer directly to ask or let them know of the possible error so they can fix it
