Any advice (crafting or not, honestly) for a 50th wedding anniversary present? Please? I have no ideas.
Mabey a dress or a dinner? Somewhere you guys both like or mabey make them a bag
Oh, it is for a family friends’ anniversary. That’s probably important!

Filet crochet their last name on a banner.
I have a pattern Wildwood Rose, a small doily, with 8 hearts, and Irish crochet motif, simple but lovely.
Maybe a heart pillow or a pillow with “50” or “50 years” on it!
My mum had some bells and a small pouch bag
And don’t forget the good luck horse shoe U
CROCHET FLOWER BOUQUET is what u needdd
How about a couple of key chains, half a heart each.
I’ve heard/read this term before, but don’t know what it is. Filet crochet?
I realize this is probably too late now, but I’m just now seeing it.
the 50th is traditionally Gold. Each year usually has additional items like a color or a gemstone or an alternate contemporary theme, but the 50th is a big one and it’s just gold. Traditionally the decoration associated with the 50th is rings and a dove. The flowers associated are the yellow rose and violets.
Wow, I only knew of gold and yellow roses - everything else was new to me.
I’ll have to keep a lot of notes for further upcoming anniversaries. Thanks!
