True, of course you can’t claim that the entire universe of crochet chubby birds are your idea, but if it’s an obvious copy (head and body are the same shape, wings and feet are in the same place, etc) than I don’t think that’s right. (if it sounds like i’m being rude i’m really sorry T^T)

It’s not rude at all! But what I meant on the og post is that they shouldn’t expect people to stick to that 
! Like I said I would never do it, but them not creating the pattern for it gives them no claim if someone else makes it 
! This by no means makes it “okay”, but there request isn’t super reasonable in my opinion !
