Badges not working right

Hey everyone!!! I wanna switch up my badges, but every time I try to un-star one so I can star another, a thingy pops up just saying “FAILED”. Anyone know what to do?

Sorry this is late But whenever I try to record, it just says- you can’t screen record when sensitive information is visible. It’s just one specific badge, BTW
