Be Careful! (Self-care)

We love crocheting! But, of course, it has its problems. It can cause a LOT of pain, which is something I’ve noticed recently. So, of course, just a quick check-in and reminder to be careful and know your limits!

The best thing ive found for pain is not using hooks without a grip on them, and taking a break if there is any pain at all. The worst thing you can do is try to ‘push through’. As someone who has suffered rsi in my past you really really dont want to go down that road.

I always stretch my wrists for five minutes after an hour of crochet. Also for goodness sake please unshrimp yourself

A hyperlink is basically a link that you turn into words of your choosing.
