Hiii!! I’m a beginner and I don’t know much but if you have any tips or project suggestions for me to do please share!
Maybe a mini witch hat?
Sense you’re new to crochet I think making little octopus would be good to make, they don’t take long and are very cute! ( love your profile picture btw)
Practice, practice and more practice. ![]()
Learn and master the basics first before doing anything else.
Start off with chaining (ch), single crochet (sc), half double crochet (hdc), and double crochet (dc).
You can then practice increasing (inc) and decreasing (dec).
Get into the habit of counting your stitches at the end of every row. Accidentally missing a stitch is very easy to do, even for experienced crocheters. Doing this will help keep your work the right shape and help you to avoid having to frog (unravel) your work.
Avoid black yarn and fluffy yarn. You need to be able to see your stitches clearly and where to insert your hook.
Have fun and enjoy the journey. ![]()
