Beginner Gift Ideas?

Hey y’all. New crocheter here, I know a handful of stitches though. I’m wondering what projects y’all would suggest that don’t take a whole lot of one color of yarn that are good for beginners?
Thanks friends!

  • have you made any amigurumis? mainly asking if you know how to do a magic circle!
  • what are some stitches you do know how to do?
  • things you would like to make?
  • age group of the recipient(s)?
  • what colors of yarn do you have?*

hunnicrochets has a lot of little projects.
like FREE Froggy bean: Crochet pattern | Ribblr and FREE Bear bean: Crochet pattern | Ribblr
they’re fast to make and use only 1 color. the only thing is that you need to know how to make a bobble stitch
they also have other patterns that need color changing and attaching pieces, so once you feel comfy with the beans you can try the other stuff

also you can search on ribblr for free patterns, and on the side there’s filters, you can click the skill level beginner and it will show you easier patterns

I do know how to make a magic circle!
I know single crochet, double crochet, half double crochet, treble/triple crochet & a slip stitch! I also know how to fasten off.
I’d like to make pretty much anything, I’ve not made any proper “things” with crochet yet, other than Scrunchies. And I’m really wanting a finished project.
The recipients would be 21-26ish male & female
I have 40g of almost every color. (A friend gifted me a huge pack of yarn)

It all depends on your interests. When I first started I did a lot coasters and face scrubbies.
