Hi I love Ribblr and donât know whether this is just something to do with my settings but I canât set a price for my products in my countries currency which means my prices constantly go lower and higher. Itâs not to big of an issue but itâs just a bit inconvenient .

Hi! When you opened your shop, in your shop manager, did you select your shopâs currency? We currently support 5 different currencies - $USD, $AUD, $CAD, âŹEUR and ÂŁGBP.

It was a long time ago but I wouldâve put gdp also all other products on the main page is in gdp just not when I set the price

Thatâs different - you would see British pounds if you live in the UK as a buyer. You would have to manually choose the shop currency when you set it up.
In any case we went ahead and changed it for you. Please make sure you re-publish the patterns with the correct prices, and it should update instantly.

I have the exact same problem. All my settings have always been GBP but for some reason when pricing my own products I can only work in USD. Itâs frustrating because the price of my products always fluctuates. Iâd appreciate any help with this too please.
When I use Ribblr I can see everyone elses pattern prices in GBP, however, when I go to set my own prices in my own store I only have the option to do it in USD.

When you set up your shop on your shop manager you can choose between 5 currencies: USD, GBP, EUR, CAD and AUD.
If you have already set up your shop and connected Stripe we can manually change it for you. Please let us know
I wouldâve set it to GBP, but Yes please, if you can fix it, that would be super helpful!

Hi @Ribblr, Iâm really sorrry as I am experiencing the same issue, when I post a pattern it only has the USD option even though I set my shop reency as GBP, this means the amount comes out as a weird number ÂŁ1.54 for example. Thank you.

We checked and your account was set to GBP but your store wasnât so we went ahead and changed it for you. You can now reset your prices in GBP and publish your patterns.
