Just came back home with a cast on my left wrist 
first thing I tried was crocheting and luckely that still works!!! 
So it isn’t so bad after all

Think of it as good practice on training to not use your wrist to crochet. Middle-aged you will appreciate it.

ouchie!! I had a cast on my left hand for a broken knuckle, and I can say tho it was ouchie, the physical therapy after the cast came off was more ouchie!

Yes, the physical therapy! Be sure to take pain medicine about 40 minutes before your actual physical therapy starts.
