lol i dont knit but i crochet and i bet its the same: you can easily add more rows!
Itās totally possible to just add rows!!! Just be aware of where you are adding them so you donāt mess up the sleeves and stuff. Good luck!!!
sorry, what do you mean by need up the sleeves?
Typo lol I meant mess up ![]()
Also I checked the pattern and it seems that itās more boxy so just adding rows onto the end should work for what you need
ahhh okay gotcha! i thought it was a term i hadnāt learned yet lol
Yes, you can definitely make it longer.
If there is no shaping involved in the torso that makes it even easier.
Just make sure you add the same number of extra rows to both the front and back. ![]()
I agree, but make sure youāre adding extra rows where youāre not in a place that changes shape for a while, or else you get bunchy spots or tight spots where you donāt want them.
Adding a few rows at the bottom and kinda dispersing the rest of the added rows into the pattern will make it not look so obvious that you added the rows, too.
Iām by no means a pro knitter BUT in my crochet experience adding extra rows has worked completely fine as long as I didnāt change the stitch count soooooo take that with what you will ![]()
Of course you can add more rows. I always do
