Can't get pattern or to profile

Can someone please help me?! I cant even find the pattern I purchased the other day & or even to my profile. It keeps saying my action was rejected. Im literally brand new to this app/site. Ive reset my password, uninstalled the app and re-downloaded it, everything. Im pretty tech savvy, I’m 27 so I know pretty much all there is to know about phones (lol) but I’ve tried everything! I’ve tried all the buttons, went through all the FAQs, everything. Please help, I just want my pattern & to be able to use the app!

Just to be clear, you bought the pattern on this account or a different one? And are you asking how to get to the pattern or are you saying that it’s not showing up/ letting you get to it?

That’s strange do you happen to have other patterns in your pattern library or is it just that one pattern you bought?

Right?! And yes all of my other ones are on there so I’m not sure :frowning:. It finally allowed me to get to my profile but the pattern isnt there. I’m not sure if I should (or can? Like I said I’m new to this app, I dont know everything yet, forgive me) message the creator & maybe refund & purchase from them through another platform?

Yes. I’ve tried literally everything. Im going to try to message them on Instagram & see if we can get something worked out.
