Can't publish a pattern

So today I went to publish a pattern but it popped up with this saying I need to add a materials list even though I already added the info

I checked it and I am sure I have filled out all the boxes I needed to, and I’ve never had this issue before. Does anyone know how to fix this?

I usually put something in the boxes underneath, like you did with the hooks. Not sure if you have to or not. I add the type of yarn I use and the color.
