I came across a photo of this gorgeous pattern (the photo is a top) however I can’t for the life of me work out what the pattern is - can anyone help at all?!

I can’t exactly tell what this project is, but it looks like a soap saver to me : ) It also looks like a granny stitch or shell stitch was used for this!

Ah that’s awesome thank you so so much. It looks like there are flower motifs in the pattern which was what I was wondering about…but if you can create those with either granny / shell stitches then problem solved yay! (Unless there’s another way?!)

Yes I can totally see that! You can definitely create this with granny/shell stitches, because this is a way they can come out 
Also I just realized that’s clothing - I didn’t see the persons arms before 
I think it’s a dress but you could definitely make a soap saver using this motif!
