Hey so im just posting this for a bit of advice/knowledge. Basically ive just posted my first ever tester call and i was wondering. Do i have to host the pattern test on here or can i send each selected tester my link to the pattern on canva? Ive spent ages making it on canva only to find out i cant just plop it on here ![]()
I believe you can do whatever you feel comfortable with! But I’m still learning how to use this app so I’m not totally sure haha
Moving this to support space since you need help with something Ribblr-related!
I believe you are allowed to send people the link, if that’s what you mean. You do not need to post a tester call.
So if you post a tester call on ribblr, you have to provide them a way of applying on ribblr. But you can have the actual test on another platform.
My thought in doing this is create the pattern in your shop with the basic details and photos, but then in the ‘pattern’ details section, you include the link to the canva? So when your testers apply, you get the normal list of tester applicants and you can approve/deny. Approved testers get access to the ‘pattern’ which will include your canva link. You can also upload media into patterns too like a pdf file!
the only rule is that testers need to be able to apply through ribblr so i’m pretty sure you can, though you’ll either have to download it and share it in your tester group chat, or add their emails as viewers to your document, though people might not want to share emails. I have done this in the past for PDF tests so let me know if you have any other questions!
For communication you can create a group only with your selected tester and in that group send the link of Canva!
I’m also new at writing patterns here in Ribblr uu
Idk if that helps ![]()
If you want you could add me to it, and you could let me make the pattern on Ribblr
Aah yes that sounds easy, thank you ![]()
Thats a very kind gesture but I think ill try to figure it out myself thank you though! ![]()
