changing journal photos?

hey Ribblr, I know your probably pretty annoyed with me by now, but I have a question, is it possible to change journal photos? if not I think it would be a lot easier if you chose a photo for a journal, but later realized you wanted to change it, or got a better photo later and wanted to change it to the better photo! @ribblr
any thoughts amazing community?

I think you can change them, because I saw a little pencil edit button on the corner of the picture in one of my journals. Wait nevermind it only edits the picture, you can’t change it :face_with_diagonal_mouth:

Can’t you add another photo to the journal? Would that change it?

Yess please please please make this a feature!! Instead of having to delete the whole post, we should be able to have a button that just changes the photo <3

yes, I suppose that could work, but it might seem weird if we have to retype out the actual review of the pattern, and have 2 pages of the same thing.

You shouldn’t have to do the whole review. Just open the pattern and go to the journal. Add a photo. Done.

Agreed! @Combre

@HookedByMarilyn If you simply add a picture, it ends up at the top (since there is also no way to reorganize them). The top picture is the picture people see of your make for the pattern. So, if the picture you are adding is say a picture of what yarn and hook you used, then that is now the representative photo of your make. To fix this, all subsequent photos would have to be re-added to maintain the proper order.

It would be terrific if there was a way to change out a photo without changing the order AND/OR a way to insert a picture somewhere in the middle of the journal.

I usually just delete my entry and post a new one. What I need is a re-arrange photos thingy so I can take the different angles of the finished product and not have the back view as the front photo :sob:

yea :sob: to get that, you have to take the pics in backwards order, back first, front last

I like this idea!
