On the run up to Christmas does any one else think “I wish I didn’t know how to crochet/knit/any other craft” because you have to make gifts for everyone and you always start too late just to add to the pain

Well, I hate that grind so much that I just don’t do it. I’m starting in Christmas presents right after Christmas. I’m giving myself a year to make a few things to give. Two of them are blankets.

My answer to anything my friends and family want for free (recipes, hair cuts/color, crafting) is that “if it’s free, you get what I want”
Surprising how quickly the requests dry up when uncle so and so gets a pink wool man thong and cousin so and so gets giant floppy hat full of clashing colors not found in nature.
