Adorable! I’m looking to start pattern testing for others. (Partly so I know that end of it before I start trying to write out my own patterns that will need testing)
Does the journal mean I already need photos of existing work up somewhere (to show off one’s skill?) anor does it refer to taking photos of the finished product after testing this pattern? I’m happy to do whatever I need.

If picked for this test I’d use big twist posh with a 4mm hook! :candy::chocolate_bar:

I would love to test, i will either use acrylic yarn or velvet yarn :lollipop:

A journal is like a review of the pattern. You add pictures of your finished make (bat) and then write something about the pattern. Usually I say if it was easy to follow or not and what yarn/hook I used! Also, I know that Mercy is a little more lenient but other designers might want you to have some journals already so that they can see your work! You should be good for this test though!:yellow_heart:

Id use Bernant blanket yarn and a 6.5 mm hook! :lollipop:

Yes, this is a really simple, quick pattern, so you don’t need any previous makes!! Thanks for the explanation Sammie
