I would love to test this for you! I would use the same colors as you in acrylic yarn and 3.75mm hook!

That’s so cute !!! I would use a wool that’s three colours in baby blanket (yellow , pink and dark pink ) and a 6 mm Hook ! Keeping the heart a separate colour
