The pattern looks really cute but… Do you know what a seraph is? If you don’t you might want to Google it before you make the name official.

It is directly from a drawing book of Kaiju and is listed as a Seraph. The kids used the book’s step by step instructions to draw these creatures. I really do appreciate your education on the subject! Sometimes things are simply just made up, but loosely based on something “real”. I actually did that exact Google search lol!

What craftsrme67 said is correct. There was a drawing book with kaiju step-by-step guides provided to the girls who did all of the drawings. The name was based on the kaiju book. The challenge was for them to take the base design and modify it with their imagination to produce a variation of a kaiju based on nature/elements.
Why they listed it as a ‘seraph’ is something that would need to be brought up with the author of the drawing book :)

Hello! I would love to be a tester for this pattern. I would use acrylic yarn, weight 4, and a 4mm hook. It looks like an angelic dragon, and as a self-professed dragon lover, I would love to test it out!
