Yayyy, I’m back again! And with the first set of fantasy baby plushies!!! This is a 3-in-1 pattern bundle for fantasy bird creatures – including a phoenix , catbird, & gryphon! (And yes, I know it’s also spelled “griffin,” but I prefer this spelling because it feels more fantasy-ish )
My baby dragon pattern ended up with a larger tester group than I planned for, but this time around I’m going to be more picky and try to keep it small! :)
Due Date: January 30 (10 days for testing)
I’m looking for 5-10 testers for each one of the fantasy babies! If you’re willing to test more than one, that’s great!
These are fantasy creatures, so the colors don’t need to be exact – but I would ask that you choose something in the same range of color, at least, so they’re recognizable. The catbird would be the only exception! It’s inspired by colorful exotic birds, so if you want to try different bright colors instead of the ones I used, that’s fine with me! Testers who use plush yarn and/or glitter eyes like mine have priority, as usual! :)

I’ll choose testers tomorrow afternoon or evening! I’ve decided that for all of my fantasy baby patterns, I’ll make them free for the first 24 hours after release, so if you aren’t chosen to test, keep an eye out for the pattern release post! ;)
So cute GLWT I actually made to baby dragons last night and still need to post a journal but it was so fun I’ll definitely get these babies when they release!
Awww they are so cute! I would love to test the gryphon and the phoenix! I will use parfait chunky (in the same colors as you) and 12mm glitter eyes (the same ones I used on the baby dragons). I would also use a 4.5mm crochet hook!
So cute!! I would love to test the gryphon using plush yarn in similar colors you used with a 4mm hook. I can probably test the other ones if I have time (all same yarn).

I would love to test. I can do the gryphon ( I love fantasy) with velvet yarn and a 3.5mm hook (same colors as yours) with sinker eyes!
Oh my goodness, if I wasn’t working on other patterns… I love griffins and phoenixes and catbirds and agghhh! Good luck with them and they look awesome!
I would absolutely love to test for you, they are absolutely adorable ! I would use yarn and eyes very similar to yours, and I can make all three since I have the yarn on hand!
I would love to test for you! I would test the catbird! She is so cute! I would use a teal, blue and purple yarn (bulky used with a 7.00mm hook)for her. Along with some cute 16mm sinker eyes (don’t know what color yet, as I make my own colors that look the best to me)!

Miss ma’am! I am team gryphon…which actually I think is the technical spelling while griffin is often used for names. Anyway….id love to test them all for ya i’d use various eyes to match the vibes of each critter. I can do the gryphon in skinny chenille/petite purl and my B hook and the other 2 in chunkier yarns since i have all the colors
OMG SO CUUUUTE!!! I would absolutely love to test ALL 3 of these adorable babies. I have the perfect posh yarn for them and I would stick with their normal colors (red/yellow for the Phoenix, brown/white for the gryphon, and I’m thinking bright green and yellow or blue for the catbird).
I also have some new colorful glitter eyes I’d love to use with them, blue for the gryphon, yellow for the phoenix, and green for the catbird!
