How does yours differ from the original version by Crochet_CroChey? What makes your design unique?

The shell, and I didn’t know that pattern existed.

I love him!! I would love to test with Alize Velluto (size 6) and a 7 mm hook. If you care about the color I would do a green one with a brown shell, if not then some pink/purple combo :turtle: :dizzy:

I was curious if your limbs were maybe placed differently, or if it’s a different scale. Just cuz I assume you wouldn’t be trying to make the exact same pattern!

Hers is just the first version I saw, on Instagram. I’ve seen a few other versions since then, though. So nbd to make something similar, and apologies if my tone ever comes across off in text

Sorry, they all look pretty similar and I know that the shell design for mine is very different than most of what I have seen.

Oh that’s so adorable! I loves him! I’d love to test for you using Premier Parfait yarn and a 4mm hook. Do you have a preference in colors? I’ve got a good bit of pastels, but could use about any color combo. :turtle::dizzy:
