Front view of flipper after i added the chain behind it.

If i continue as is i will get a hole here where stuffing comes out.
I think you can negate that by just doing the round where you attach in the flippers and tail in the front loop too. That leaves you the backloops to crochet over when you do the next round. I can not really make sense of it as is. Perhaps you meant to say use BLO for the non flipper/tail stitches and FLO for the rest? Ill leave him for now and wait to hear back from you. I cant find a tester thread for this so i hope its the right place i reply.
