Would love to help you test this out. What an adorable little cake, and it’s perfectly decorated.
Here is how I test patterns: first I read over the pattern and then write the pattern out by hand (I find this helps me spot any errors). Then as I am working on the pattern I take notes on my thoughts (something like, “R10 has (specific stitch) that could use a description of how to do it or maybe a picture showing how to do it” or " R10 has (specific stitch) the description given plus the pictures make it really easy to understand"), as well as taking several progress pictures for each part. Then once the project is complete, I add all of that information into my journal, and take several pictures at various angles of the completed project. I also take final measurements, and list the materials I used (hook size, yarn used, safety eyes size).
Congratulations on your pattern release.
I like the way you do it, but I ask (politely) that you don’t add it to the journal. I will have a group chat with all the testers where you can share the problems there so I can fix them!
