I need testers for my Man Eating Plant - Crochet Pattern - Crochet ePattern

Hi Everyone!

I just finished uploading my piranha plant inspired pattern and I’m looking for experienced crocheters to test it for me. The pattern is somewhat complex so please only apply if you are very comfortable with your skill level.

Due Date: 5/31/26

Additional Requirements:

• This pattern does require you to purchase a clay pot to complete the project. I have linked to the exact pot I used for the plants pictured.

• You will also need pipe cleaners to hold the shape in the stem.

• Please communicate any issues or suggestions in the chat so I can keep track.

Thanks for the photo! I would love to test using a 3mm hook with acrylic weight 4 yarn! I feel pretty confident about my skill level for this project!

I’d love to test this pattern for you. I’d use worsted weight yarn and a 3.5mm hook. I have terracotta pots and wire for the stem.

I would love to test that. Our family is crazy about video games and that would be the perfect plant for our retro games cabinet. It would be so cool to have one in time for Father’s Day. Deadline and skill level are no problem and happy to discuss the pattern in chat as needed.
