[Closed]Tester call for Crochet: Mega Christmas Goose (low sew)

I need testers for my Mega Christmas Goose (low sew) - Crochet ePattern
Due Date: 2024-12-03T06:00:00Z

This is a large project, and I don’t recommend taking it on unless you have plenty of time on your hands. I’m currently working on adding photos to help with crocheting and assembly. If you are a beginner, you should be able to do this pattern! I would love to make this pattern as easy as possible.

There are no yarn or hook requirements. However, since the pattern is so large, I would not recommend using chunkier yarn. I don’t have an accurate yard count, but it should be close to 250-300 yards of white yarn.

A journal isn’t required, but I would love some nice photos! I had to use two different skeins of yarn, and the color change is rather noticeable, so I definitely need some better photos.

That is so cute! When will you pick the testers? I really want to test, but I have to go buy more yarn before I can really apply.

In a day or two. I usually let people apply for a week and add more people along the way. I can always use more testers!

I really want to test but i was js wondering…
Do you know roughly how long this took you
How many stitches does the biggest round have (im inpatient and not great at large stitch counts lol)

You can use any color you want!

It took around 10 hours, however, that also includes the time it took for me to figure out how I wanted to do the pattern. So, it probably shouldn’t take that long. Maybe 8 hours? The largest rows are 84 sts and you need to do three of them. The body also has a lot of rows of a similar size. It’s a big goose.

Hi! I’d love to test with a 2.5 millimeter crochet hook!

I would love to have you test.

I probably shouldn’t commit to testing, but I’d love to get the pattern when it’s released! Buona fortuna!
