I need testers for my Nectar the Hummingbird :bird: - Crochet ePattern

Hi everyone! this is my third pattern to post here! :bird: :honey_pot:

I’m looking for testers to help me make sure this pattern is clear, easy to follow, and makes sense from start to finish.

Please let me know if you spot any mistakes, anything that’s unclear, if the stitch counts make sense, or if I’ve accidentally left anything out!

Your feedback will help improve the instructions before the final release.

As a thank you, I’ll give you a shoutout in the pattern and send you a free copy

Due Date: 10/02/2026 (EUROPEAN)

02/10/2026 (AMERICAN)

Additional Requirements:

  • Experience with basic pattern reading

  • Ability to complete the project within the testing period

  • Willingness to communicate and give constructive feedback

Soooo cute! Hummingbirds are really special to me so when I saw this I knew I needed to apply!
Also I think the date is still a little off. Right now it’s October 2nd 2026. for the date it is mm/dd/yyyy so the month, then the day, then the year! I think you were trying to say February 10th, so it would be 02/10/2026.
And also, I get the dates mixed up allll the time. I finally had to look it up and watch a video to figure it out. So no worries! Good luck with testing! And all of your patterns are super cute!!!

Hello! I’m Spanish and we write it like dd/mm/yyyy I hope that makes sense !!

Thanks for applying that makes me really happy! I’ll try to help you as much as I can with the hummingbird (if some parts of the pattern are confusing, etc)…

 I should be able to make it, I’m working on a bird & flower but mostly birds project for my adoptive grandmother, so it would fit right in time wise, it’s due February 10th 2026 right? I have similar but a little different colors in I Love This Cotton Yarn! Size 4 worsted weight. If you want to see some of my other works feel free to check my makes page, I’ll put in my application now

Yeah :), and we don’t really use AM or PM. For example, instead of 10:00Pm we simply say 22:00. mm/dd/yyyy sounds confusing for me but it’s cool too!

Sure thing <3
