🐭’Closed’ Tester call for Crochet: Pip the Pocket Mouse (Low-Sew) ‘Closed’🧵

Hello everyone!

I am so excited to officially open tester applications for my newest pattern, Pip the Pocket Mouse (Low-Sew)! Inspired by the pet rat I grew up with, Pip is a soft, squishy little companion with minimal sewing and tons of personality. While this pattern is still low-sew, it is best suited for advanced beginners to intermediate crocheters since it includes surface crochet for the ears and tail details.

I am currently looking for 6–8 testers.

I will approve testers: Tuesday, July 28

Due Date: Tuesday, August 4

Please be willing to:

Let me know any comments, questions, or suggestions in the tester chat (this may be a group chat and/or DMs)

Follow the pattern directions as written

Mark the pattern steps to 100% complete

Submit a journal with at least one clear photo when finished

Send your photo in the tester chat as well (Ribblr sometimes crops journal photos oddly)

Be okay with me using your photo for the pattern listing and release post

Finish by the due date (please only apply if you can commit)

Include the yarn brand/type, yarn weight, and hook size used in your journal

You may use any yarn weight and colors you’d like! I would love to see how Pip turns out in different yarns, sizes, and color combinations.

I eould love to test, maybe a dark grey, I don’t have the exact size or brand since I got it when i was thrifting, but it is acrylic med weight with a size 3.5-4.5 hook (lol, here is the actual mouse )
