I’ll use a 6 chenille with darker pink and brown and probably a blue for the flower. Size 4 or 5 hook

I’d love to test in size 10 crochet thread and a 1mm hook

I’d be using similar colors for the little piglet - I might chose a color changing yarn for the flower bloom though (or at least try to see how that looks before using a cream color xD)

I have safety eyes with thin enough backs that fit the small stitches, but they are round and not oval. So I hope that would be alright
