[Closed] Tester call for Crochet: Potato pod

I need testers for my Potato pod - Crochet ePattern
Due Date: Jan 25nd
Additional Requirements:

This is an indermediate level pattern.

You will have 11 days to complete the test. You only need to test one of them, not both.

The testing needs to be in the colors of the photo (cream, white, red for the mushroom, two shades of green the darker one of which in fuzzy yarn, and brown for the bonsai), but I don’t mind if they are a bit lighter or darker.

If you are a Palia player and what to make another pod, you are welcome to, as long as I have at least two testers for each of the two pods above. If you don’t play Palia, just ignore this paragraph.

You need to be active on the group chat, provide feedback, a bright photo with clean background for the journal, be able to find any mistakes such as typos, grammatical errors ect. This is very important, if you can’t provide these, please don’t apply. If you are picked for this testing and don’t provide all the requirements you won’t get gifted the pattern.

Any corrections must be written in the group chat and not on the journal.

If you need an extension, please ask for one at least 24h before the due date. (EET time)

If you’ve read everything and are still interested in testing, write a comment with which color combination you want to test, what type of yarn and what size of hook you’ll be using and click pattern photo to apply:

Tagging those who wanted to test the first time I posted the call. If you don’t have the time to test now, feel free to ignore and I’ll remove you. Otherwise, please comment again.

I’d love to test the bonsai pod with acrylic yarn, a 1.5mm hook and slightly fuzzy yarn for the leaves :)

Hi, I’d like to test the mushroom potato pod pattern please. I’m @wembleycrochet on insta (I haven’t updated it for a few years but it gives you some idea of what I have made). I have quite a large yarn stash so can use any size of hook but will probably be 3.5mm and DK, unless something else is preferred. Thanks, Emily

Hi Emily,

Don’t forget to click on the photo of the pods to apply  ( a lot of steps for someone new to ribblr, I know)

Your potato pods are precious! I would be delighted to test either one for you. Slight preference for the bonsai pod. I would use acrylic worsted weight yarn with a 3.5mm hook in similar colors.

I missed my opportunity to test some of your previous palia patterns (i was 1 of the first to agree you should start them when you put feelers out about the patterns) I’d try to make the mushroom pod. Cream, White and Red pod. I’d use acrilic/DK yarn and a 3.5 or 4mm hook I’d try both size hooks and see which i liked the look of better
