I need testers for my St Oinkalas the Santa Pig - Crochet ePattern

Due Date: 2 weeks from start of test (I will pick testers in the next couple of days)

Skill Level:
advanced beginner - mostly simple stitches with a little sewing, some front loop only stitches and a few colour changes

Additional Requirements:

  • You can use any yarn and the appropriate hook size, and experiment with different colours. This is a great pattern to make using plush yarn!

  • The instructions include options for either safety eyes or crocheted eyes, so do not worry if you do not have any safety eyes

  • You must be willing to provide feedback on any parts of the pattern that are unclear or if you spot any errors / typos

  • A journal entry of the finished item would be amazing, but not required - however, I would love to see a photo of your finished Oinkie.

Oh my goodness I would love to test this. My sister & son both love pigs. They need a St. Oinkalas. I would test in super bulky plush yarn with a 5mm hook.

My goodness he’s so cute!!! I would love to make him. Pigs are my favorite animal! I’m pretty new to crochet plushies though. So I’d understand if you want to pick people with more experience! It’d be my first time testing as well! :pig::santa:t2:

He is quite big. With DK, he’s about 20cm tall. With chunky plush he’s about 35cm so I am guessing somewhere around 25-30 with worsted. If you look at the listing, you can see the DK one in a hand to get an idea of size.
