Hi! I need testers for my Strawberries and cream cardigan.
It would be nice if you had a crochet Instagram, where you would post about it, but it’s not required (if you have one, leave your ig handle in the comment). Please read the rules before applying.
Rules:
Reply to my messages in the Ribblr group chat within 3 days, if you don’t do that you will be removed from testing
Make a journal, it can be just a photo of the finished product. Do not include instructions from the pattern in the journal and problems with the pattern if I fixed them
Finish by the deadline, if you notice a week before the deadline that you can’t make it tell me about it.
Not following the rules after being selected for the tester will ban you from participating in my future pattern tests and you don’t want to miss out on them!
Deadline: 30th of Novemeber
This pattern uses a 5 mm hook and aran weight yarn.
It’s on the beginner/intermediate pattern, because it uses the moss (line) stitch and has decreases and increases.
if you read everything leave in the comments

This is so pretty I love it! I unfortunately don’t have a crochet Instagram, but I would love to test if you’ll have me! I’m just curious before I apply is this made to measure or are there sizes to choose from? How much yardage did you use or at least an approximate like # skeins of yarn brand/yarn name, etc
Does it have to be an Aran/weight 4 yarn? My go to yarn for clothing is Coboo yarn but it’s a 3 Light / DK which would probably require more yarn and a different result from draping if that’s alright, if it’s not okay that’s also fine, I need to buy yarn today regardless since I’ve run out of white
It’s made to measure. I used aran weight yarn (100 g - 230 m) and for a oversized fit for me (I am usually size M) it took about 500 grams of yarn. It was my favorite cheap yarn from action, it’s called addison & mae medium and it’s really soft acrylic.
For the strawberies I think it took about 100 grams of aran weight yarn.
This pattern will probably be only about 4 dollars and on sale when I publish it, so you can just leave the yarn and make it after Christmas if you want
