Color Changing

Hi everyone! So, I’m trying to change colors, but every time I do it, you can always see the start of the color change, it’s not neat. Does anyone have a any tips or ways to change colors neatly? Thank you!!

ughhhh that also happens to me  its really annoying but im sure there are ways to get rid of it, but usually if it is amigurumi with arms/legs needed to be sewed on i will position them to be on top of the colour changes

I had that problem but not so much once I started making the last pull through the new color if in the middle of the round/row or the slst connecting the rounds.

It depends on the method. Some people use a magic knot but i personally just finish the stitch with my new color. like if im doing single crochet stiches ill get to the last yarn over and do that yarn over pull through with my new color and then tighten it to my liking and crochet over the tails to hide them. It might not be the most secure method but it hasnt failed me :)

For me I personally when single crochet do the first part in the color finishing the round and then do the last pull through with the color change color I hope this makes since anyways it gives me a smooth color change hope this helps!

Hey, I personally finish the last stitch of the old colour with the new one. And when I would use single crochets for the round with the new colour, I just use slip stitches for the round so the change is clean. I hope it helps :)

like others have said i finish the last st of the round with the new color and sl st as the first st of the next round then i continue the round as normal. i also always try to put the color change in the back of a plushie or sew the other pieces of the plush over top of it
