Hi guys!! Iā€™ve been seeing sooooo many people using colorful safety eyes in projects and it looks soooo good!!! I want to try them out and heard they are on Aliexpress

Those are so cute! I just bought glittery eyes from amazon that Iā€™m excited to try out! They arenā€™t the kawaii style so I can use them for my baby cyclops but I hope they are great quality! I can use them when I get back home tomorrow!:yellow_heart:

I used acrylic paint, you can use UV nailpolishes as well or even resin. But acrylic paint from michaels or somrthing similar works just as well! Ill see if i can find some glittery ones for you too, but just FYI all the ā€œglitterā€ eyes from amazon and such are just round disks you plop onto the back of a clear safety eye, its not painted unless you do it yourself. But the glitter rounds are fun too!

ok i am a day late ā€¦ I just havenā€™t logged into my desk top. hereā€™s good quality stores and ones i have ordered from
just make sure when looking at them the backs arenā€™t then ones that are harder to get on. For those ones you may want to use a rubber mallet hammer and if you can get a safety eye jig that helps too.

I can confirm these eyes are:

  • Amazing quality
  • Stunning colors
  • They have plastic over them so they arenā€™t scratched
  • They are sinker eyes which I have never tried but they are adorable!

Itā€™s actually no-sew even though it says low-sew! And itā€™s still on sale for only $1.86 which is a steal! Especially if you plan on selling them! The pdf is super helpful as well! More info is in my journalā€‹:yellow_heart:
