So I was looking at my monthly shop summary and it shows here that I sold 2 patterns?
But here it says only one?
So I’m confused ![]()

Maybe the shop summary is from last month, but the one with just one sale is this month? I don’t really know.
It was sent to my emails 2 days ago
Is it for a different span of time on each one?
well the second screenshot says paid orders, and the first doesn’t specify so i’m guessing you got two orders the month but only one was for a paid pattern so that’s why you are seeing it that way
edit-- oop nvm sorry i see that paid orders are showing elsewhere on the screenshot sorry
What this means is you have had 1 paid order and 1 free order. ![]()
If you scroll down in your shop summary, it should show you what patterns sold and on what date. Are there 2 patterns showing for September? The email says 2 paid patterns and 12 free patterns so it definitely means you had 2 paid patterns.
i believe they may have ordered 2 patterns in the same order? im not quite sure though
That is what I am thinking! 2 patterns purchased by the same person![]()
The shop summary is not based on sales within the last calendar month. Instead, it reflects sales activity over the previous 30–31 days. This is why the information in the shop summary may differ from what you see when looking at your sales by calendar month.
