Hello hello! Sorry for not posting it yesterday, I had mess in it. Soooo! This week’s cluntry of the week is Sweden!!! I’m really interested in this, bc I’ve never been there(like in France, but I’ll add it to my bucket list!) So, without yapping(I already started yapping so…) let’s get into it!
Something from the history
• Gustav Vasa was a king in Sweden in the 1600 before he was king he tried to assemble an army to overthrow the danish king who was leading Sweden at the time as revenge for killing his father. He managed to overthrow the danish king in the end and got made the king of Sweden on the 6th of june which is why the 6th of june is the swedish national day (like 4th of july but swedish)
Interesting places to go
Jämtland Sweden
It is a very popular place for skiing it has hills for all ages and about 7 different places where you can go ski.

Gotland
It is an island that is part of sweden with very nice architecture and pretty landscapes.

I’ve always wanted to go to Sweden! It is rly beautiful!!! That’s so interesting how the king was trying to get revenge from the danish king because he killed his father. I never knew that​ keep up the good work Sasha! I rly look forward to these country of the week posts!

As a ’svensk’, I really appreciate the effort you put in making this post!
I could take some photos just out the window if y’all would like, but next week I’m going skiing in Åre, Jämtland, so I’ll send some pics from there!!
Btw, don’t think there’s snow all over Sweden (even tho there are mostly everywhere) but in Skåne, there’s almost none ( atleast in Lund). There’s already come some springflowers!!
