crochet cardigan?

so, last year i started a crochet cardigan, buttt, i only finished 5 panels (sob). should i start another, and if so, anyone have any patterns? free please, i’m so broke :sob::sob: i also need some motivation tips, if anyone has any. (the crochet burnout got me in a chokehold) it’s the cold season, and i don’t have ANY cute things to wear (while being warm) and i think this would be perfect! thanks, everyone!

I made a cardigan for a band concert and only started making a week before the concert:sweat_smile:

I was crocheting with the energy of a college student cramming for finals

Ps. it was last year

As someone who /never/ finishes wearables or big projects, the hexi cardigan is so easy. the only wearable ive finished. I know its super popular and maybe overdone; but it is a good quick option if you have trouble commiting to big things or not much time to work.

So this is one I found for like a reference for the one I’m making it but I’m making the squares in long panels (so I don’t have to see them all together) and made all mine 5.5” by 5.5” the only difference is that I did 4 squares for the length and then u can kinda adjust how many panels u need for the back and everything or just adjust ur square size but this is a good starting point (for me anyway)
