I dont crochet when sick, I take it as an opportunity to take a break. I have crocheted whennI had strep, but that was a while ago. I think I made some turtles, I dont remember if I had made anything else.

It wasn’t when I was sick but I did injure my left hand a while back so I couldn’t crochet, so instead I worked on fleshing out my crochet pattern I was making the pattern of, so it would be easier to finish crocheting it when my hand healed lol

@ClearBubbles that’s what I was thinking. Something simple and repetitive that doesn’t use a lot of brain power - like a blanket.
