Crochet stitches

Hello,

i am new in crochet and after many attempts, i still cant find out why my stiches looks different :frowning: Can someone help me?

It looks like you didn’t turn your work the right side out while working. When you are crocheting, you will notice that there are two sides. You have to flip it while working so that the ‘right’ side is facing outwards. Also make sure that you are using both loops of the stitch when crocheting!

Unless you’re intentionally doing BLO (back loop only) - which may not be common, but has a cool look when you do it on purpose :smiley:

Everyone is giving some great suggestions! Something else to make sure you’re doing is making sure you’re either doing all yarn under or all yarn over :smile:
