Depends on what you mean by “something else”. If the thing exchanged is a pattern designed by them then this “exchange” is for designers only. That leaves me out.

I have no idea what would be considered “suitable”

If money, just design it and offer for sale in your Ribblr shop.

If you can’t have Stripe and can’t offer designs for sale (parents won’t allow it) then design free ones

I don’t really have anything to offer in an exchange
