It’s pretty easy. You make a cake, let it cool a bit, start crumbling it while still slightly warm, and mix in lots of frosting (so it is moist and sticks together, but not an overwhelming amount to make it sticky). Then, shape into balls and freeze/refrigerate. Then you can dip it in melted chocolate and decorate.
