Did you accept your testers and make a tester group chat?

It looks like your pattern is already released in your shop. Once a pattern is released, testers no longer have access to the pattern. When did you release the pattern? And also as the above asked, did you select testers and make a group chat? If not, they likely didn’t even know they were chosen since the group chat is the only ‘notification’ they receive when they are selected.
Since there are no journals for your pattern, no one completed one so doesn’t seem like your testers had a chance to work on it

Thats definitely the problem then 
You can take the pattern down by turning it back to a draft instead of a pattern. Then you can post another tester call. If you decide to do that, then you can message me and I’ll show you how to accept and message testers!
