I had a 25 day Ribblr streak. Yesterday, I spun the wheel and got a postcard. Now my daily streak is back at 1.

It doesn’t. I believe what happened in your case is that you’ve fed Ribbot for the 7th time, earning your spin but you didn’t spin the wheel straight away. Then the following day you opened Ribbot and couldn’t feed straight away, so you span the wheel but didn’t feed right after as it normally requires a refresh, essentially losing your streak.
We are considering sending a reminder before potentially losing streak - would this be something you’re in favor of?

I took the spin immediately after, then fed Ribbot this morning when my device turned on so thats why it was weird. But a streak reminder would be helpful!!

Yes. I’ve lost a couple streaks thus far and would appreciate a reminder pop up of some kind. I can only be on Ribblr at specific times because I work full time. We’ve been allowed overtime recently so I’ll actually be working six days a week until at least March 1. So will be online less frequently than usual

Thanks for considering adding the reminder. My streaks both went up to almost 60 before resetting to zero.
How about on the main page, saying something like
X amount of hours/minutes/seconds until your streak ends. Don’t miss out!

yeah same, I had like a 45 day streak (or something around that) and it reset to zero for no reason (that I know of)

My iPhone says l have a 67 day streak. I know my iPad said less (much less) I will have to check when I get home (15 minutes) as to exactly what my iPad says
ETA they both say 67. The other day it had said it zeroed out.
