So, I am currently doing beginner Pilates because I decided I wanted to just stay more fit so I’ve been doing a beginner Pilates course by blogilates every day. Even on the weekends. And i’m doing it with friends too, so i was wondering if any pilates people had any tips for me. Like, what to eat after a workout, or really any excersise tips also bc i am also a dancer who has weekly 1 and a half hour classes on Monday and Friday and they are rather intense (and we do have competition coming up so wish me luck!)
I also follow alot of yt channels on power lifting, excersizing, mobility and flexibility etc. So i have a little more knowledge of my body.
So yeah, i was wondering if any of yall are starting your own fitness journey and if you had tips!
