Yes it does, you HAVE to be 13+ to use Ribblr unless your parent/ guardian fills out a form saying that you can use Ribblr (i think someone correct me on the last part if that’s not right)

I do believe you correct

I wouldn’t share your age if you are under 13! Or at all really.

Most sites say 13. Facebook I think is one of them. Not sure if this is what OP is asking though

In Ribblr’s terms and conditions it says 13. Best to have a parent or legal guardian sign for consent

Its basically to legally cover themselves, especially in an app that allows anyone to chat with anyone else. Hopefully your parents have discussed with you safe practices for chatting with strangers on the internet.

Obviously I’m not that dumb

Good, just checking. I know some parents are less on the ball with technology than others. And the younger you are the less likely your parents are to have scared you into being antisocial and untrusting

Therein lies the problem with the Internet, how do you know theyre really teenagers and not bad individuals pretending to be teenagers? You’re probably right that ribblr seems nice enough just be very careful with how much information you reveal about yourselves.
