Dream project

Hello, does anyone have a general idea how to make this beanie? Like what stitches were used etc

I think the cone part might be the waffle stitch, the frills are maybe a bunch of inc in one stitch, the rest of the hat is sc/hdc/dc for the pink part, same for the drizzle, but that has chain sts in it, ofc.

just wanted to add on: probably dc incs for the frills (in US terms) + looks like hdc for the pink hat part :)

It’s hard to tell but I think it was made from the top down and a waffle stitch was used for the cone with the first round being in the back loop only, and a scallop stitch in the remaining ice cream front loops. It looks like hdc was probably used for everything else.

The sauce would have been crocheted separately then sewn on (probably a circle with drips made by chaining and crocheting back down). The cream and berry on top would also have been made separately.

it’s not the exact same pattern, but it’s a very similar one i found on etsy in case you wanted to follow an existing pattern! for some reason the link is refusing to embed, but i included a picture!
