I was under the impression that customers can download the pdf pattern I attach to my designs. I’ve been told they only get the option to print the pdf.

Hi!
Depending on how their device is set up they might be promoted to print but the dialog box should have a ‘save as PDF’ option.

I tried it myself but the dialog box only has the ‘print’ option. Do I need to enable the download? This option is not working on any of my patterns. Can you take a look and advise?

You should have two icons of of printing and download, but also when the printing dialog opens you can select ‘save as PDF’ as a destination instead of a printer.
