my mom and 2 of my sisters have eczema , I feel so bad for them.

I have extremely bad eczema flare ups. Right now it isn’t too bad but my family has to remind me to stop scratching every 5 seconds
My face also gets really dry so on a daily basis I use NatureWell extra virgin coconut oil moisturizing cream. It comes in a big tub from costco or sams club (I can’t remember) and I use it all over. I also have prescribed triamcinolone cream and when my spots get really dry I put aqaphor over that.
It sucks but it hasn’t been too bad lately. But it has gotten a little worse the past few days because I have been outside playing tennis a lot. Also thank you for reminding me to go put on lotion

I also use neutrogena hydro boost water gel on my face sometimes but if my eczema is really bad then it kinda burns

I might have eczema on my eyelid and i have keratosis pilaris on my upper arms. I dont know what to do about it but my eye bothers me all the time.

Tallow healing balm. I swear by it. I personally haven’t had a flair up in a while. However my husband has it bad on his one lower leg and ankle. It’s been about a month or so and it’s clearing up. I’d say about 5 cm or so around of new pink skin around the larger spot. Yes hubby says the patch is itchy and yes it oozes but he can remove the scab, ooze after he scratches he then rubs the tallow healing balm on. I’ve tried everything on his eczema spots nothing has worked. Castor oil, a few creams, and a couple of over the counter supplies for skin issues. None worked …. But this Tallow did. I’ve suffered with eczema most of my life to and nothing helped not even the prescription steroid cream. So if you can find it see if you can try. I’ve had skin issues since I was a child even went to a dermatologist.
