Ok but tea made in a saucepan is good but kettle tea is not my thing
Cardamom tea powder (the one you pour hot water in) is pretty good
Ginger tea helps me when I have bad cramps and bleeding (literally bled one third of the amount I was before when I drank this on my super unhealthy period Which was making me I ruin more clothes a day than I could wash and I went from being on the bathroom floor crying in pain to crocheting and wearing white trousers lol)
Also cold wotah, like with a glass full to the top with ice and then you fill the remaining gaps with a lil water then you drink some water and crunch some ice ykwim?
