Favorite Stretchy Bind-off?!?

Hey everybody! I’m in the final stretch (pun intended) of the body of my sweater, and I was wondering what kind of bind-off is your favorite for pieces that need to stretch? I have always just done the basic knit two bring the first loop over the second one, knit one, repeat, but that doesn’t let the bottom hem of my sweater stretch (I have 1x1 ribbing at the bottom that I want to keep stretchy). Any suggestions are appreciated!! Thanks!

Here’s my favorite (both with knitting needles only and using a crochet hook)… Watch the knitting only one first to understand some of what she’s saying in the crochet hook version…
